BlogsMid May UpdateMay 21, 2026
Sorry for the late post but I have been tired since I returned from Los Angeles Regionals and its been a crazy week. No major updates in terms of Gralina but I did have ChatGPT take a look at my world map and see what I can do to improve it. While no AI generated stuff will be in the game, I will use it as a helping tool.
I have been putting out feeler applications for positions I think sounds cool and aligns with my career interests but nothing concrete and not a problem.

May the late(4th) Be With YouMay 6, 2026
Welcome back guys and nothing to ocrazy but I have started development work for Gralina, the somewhat sequel to Cartuga, but just an RPG Maker MZ game that takes place in the same world/universe.
I’m expecting it to finish the project by October of 2026. Remember it’s supposed to be a short RPG that can be done in one sitting BUT it will be longer than Cartuga. Here’s a quick note of what to expect in the next game.

End of April ProgressApr 29, 2026
Welcome back, folks! It’s been a long and stressful April since my van broke down. (I do miss it.) But I traded it in for a new Subaru Forester Hybrid 2026. I have bought used cars throughout my entire driving career so I figure I should go out with a bang with a new vehicle. I’m part of the subie gang now.
Other stuff is that I been working on my game maker platformer game.

Game Maker Progress and Other Life StuffApr 21, 2026
I got stranded in Oklahoma on my birthday. Not really stranded but the alternator did die and had to wait until like 3 am to be picked up. Great start for my birthday but we got it replaced and now I’m back home looking for a new car. Let me say that again, I will purchase a new NEW car. I don’t have time to be working on my Van with so many problems now so I figure it’s time to go big or go home.

Cartuga DE is now playable!Apr 16, 2026
Big update and few minor fixes later, I finally released the firsty entry of the Gaiuss RPG Trilogy, playable on the web. An early version is available to play on my itch.io but it is an older version. There’s no executables for it yet since I would like to release it later with a custom launcher for all three games.
Like I mentioned before, this Trilogy will be short RPGs using the stock RTP so I can learn the ins and outs of RPG Maker and Game Design.

The Return of The Gaiuss TrilogyApr 13, 2026
Alright guys, I have decided to bring back The Gaiuss trilogy but with some major changes! If you guys have been following me for the past 10 or so years, I was working on a set of games in RPG Maker MV but lost the files for the 2nd game, the 3rd game was a failed attempt at an online RPG, but my first game which is still available, Cartuga is playable.

Upcoming Dev Life and StuffApr 8, 2026
Sup, it’s been about a week and not much as changed since then. I have gotten MZ so I been learning that and trying to decide if I want to migrate/remake my Gaiuss Trilogy MZ and fix up Cartuga MV into a definitive edition. I’m hoping to create a launcher where it can run all 3 games. I wonder what I should use for that one. b
I haven’t been working on my Commodore 64 stuff especially since I returned from Orlando Regionals and Pokemon Champions being released so I may work on that.

Bastille - Devlog #3 & MoreApr 2, 2026
Been making some progress! the last version will be finished in MV as the final tech demo but I have now made the switch to MZ thanks to the homies from Too Sweet Studios. I am their consultant for their project but it was done in MZ but I needed a copy and they hooked it up!
So now I’m learning the in and outs and liking it (while still being frustrated) compared to MV so moving forward all my projects will be done in MZ except for like 1, which I will announce on the bottom.

Moving into AprilMar 30, 2026
Hey guys! Nothing super new but I did start on one of my dream projects using Firebase AI for the skeleton code to create an online multiplayer PPBG. I enjoy games like Runescape and Melvor Idle and always wanted to build a SCI-FI PBBG so I’m going to put those two together.
I would like to introduce to yall another forever project, Mirage Frontier. Named after one of my favorite Open Source Communities and engine that inspired me to be a developer.

Bastille Devlog 2 & Late March UpdateMar 25, 2026
Hello hello everyone. I am making major progress with Secrets of Bastille Demo 2. I been working on learning how to write JS plugins with the help of ChatGPT as well as other resources so I can start working on my systems from scratch.
What I done so far was recreate a mini-map like structure for 7 dungeons. You would move kinda like a board-game esque kind of way and random events will happen.
